Hello, my name is Lorna, a qualified cognitive behavioural therapist (CBT) and groupwork facilitator. I am a registered member of British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)

I have many years’ experience working within the social care sector, including; Victim Support Scotland; Scottish Cot Death Trust; Lilybank Money Advice Project; Quarriers and Renfrewshire Council Throughcare Service. Throughout this time ,I have supported people through a wide range of life challenges and both past and present traumatic events.
