By using this website, including submitting a therapist profile or listing a room for hire, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below. 1. Website Purpose
GlasgowTherapists.com is an independent platform created to connect individuals with qualified therapists, counsellors and wellbeing practitioners. It also allows professionals to advertise rooms available for hire. We do not provide therapy services directly and are not involved in bookings or contracts between users.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to list on the site. You must ensure that all information you provide is accurate and truthful. You are responsible for keeping your listing up to date.

3. Therapist Listings
If you create a therapist profile on the directory, you confirm that:
- You are qualified and appropriately insured.
- You are registered with a recognised professional body (such as HCPC, BACP, BABCP, UKCP, CNHC, or equivalent).
- You will only advertise services you are trained and insured to provide.
- You will keep your listing accurate and up to date.
You are fully responsible for any services provided to clients who contact you via the site. GlasgowTherapists.com does not verify individual credentials beyond initial checks.
4. Room Listings
If you list a therapy room for hire on the site, you confirm that:
- You are the owner or authorised representative of the space.
- The room is suitable for professional use and meets relevant safety and hygiene standards.
- You have appropriate insurance to cover its use by third parties.
- You will keep availability, pricing and details accurate.
All bookings and communications must be managed directly by you.
5. Fees and Payments
- The monthly fee for listing a profile or room is £9.50, payable via PayPal subscription.
- This subscription renews automatically until cancelled via your PayPal account.
- We do not offer refunds for cancellations made during a billing cycle.
- If payment fails, your listing may be removed without notice.
We may change our pricing in future. If we do, we will provide advance notice.
6. Content and Conduct
You agree that the content you submit:
- Is accurate, lawful and respectful.
- Does not include false or misleading claims.
- Does not violate copyright or intellectual property rights.
- Is relevant to the purpose of the website.
We reserve the right to edit, hide or remove listings or content at our discretion.
You may not use the website to spam users, collect data, impersonate others or promote unauthorised services.
7. Platform Responsibility
We do not manage, mediate or monitor the services arranged through the directory. We are not liable for the outcome of any therapy, consultation or room hire agreement made between users.
We do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of any profile or room listing.
8. Privacy and Data
Use of the site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we process your personal information. By using the site, you consent to the practices described there.
9. Changes to Terms
